This is AYVO's pre-launch privacy page. It should be updated before public release to reflect the final production data flows, vendors, retention rules, account/deletion process, and mobile-platform integrations.

Overview

AYVO is a wellness application in development. We are committed to handling user information responsibly and to explaining our data practices in clear language.

Information AYVO may process

Depending on the features a user chooses to use, AYVO may process information the user enters directly, wellness metrics made available through supported device or health-platform integrations, app settings and preferences, reflections, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Wellness and health information

AYVO may use wellness or health-related information only to provide and improve features requested by the user. Final production handling of Health Connect, HealthKit, or similar integrations will be described here before launch.

AI-assisted features

AYVO may use artificial-intelligence services to provide Companion features. Before launch, this policy will identify the relevant processing practices and third-party service providers used for those features.

Data sharing

AYVO does not intend to sell users' personal wellness information. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve AYVO, subject to the final production architecture and applicable agreements.

Security

AYVO is designed to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No system can guarantee absolute security.

User choices and deletion

Before public launch, AYVO will document the controls available to users for managing applicable data, permissions, and deletion requests.

Children

AYVO's final age requirements and any applicable restrictions will be stated before public launch.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as AYVO's features and production systems are finalized. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
